alvarado street bakery? Ezekial bread? My Stop&Shop grocery store sells it in the organic section - sometimes in the freezer. Trader Joe's also sells it. Go online and see what you can find - maybe you can have it shipped frozen to you and it would be cheaper to buy by hald dozen loafs at a time?

I like Rudi's. I can find it at Costco - 2 loaves. They also have $1 off coupons on their website.

I second Ashley L. Rudi's is the best out there. I have tried just about all of them and well they all mold very very quickly. Rudi's has the best texture and taste.

I didnt know trader joe's sold Gluten-free bread though. So now I am going to have to try them out.

The one I cant stand, and it is the one that goes bad the fastest in my opinion is the Energy brand. IT tastes like cardboard and if you dont keep it frozen it will mold in about two days. I am the only one who eats GF bread in my house, so it is darn near impossible to eat a whole loaf before it went bad. It is also the most $$.

Gluten-free bread is SO expensive where I live! I'm planning to buy a cookbook I found that has a really good recipe. It's Gluten-Free Baking Classics by Annalise Roberts. I tried some bread from her recipe; it was great!

The only one I like is Udi's white bread. It is in the freezer section and you can find coupons on their website. The cheapest place I found it is at our local grocery store. It was at least $2 cheaper then Whole Foods. Also, google Rose's Bakery they are in IL but I believe they ship anywhere. They have great pitas that are good for sandwiches and pizza crust. A little pricey but I only use half at a time. As for recipes, I have never found one I like and the flour is expensive too.
