Garage Sale Persons Question

Well... spobably not because there are usually too many other activities going on that day -- but maybe because less people are traveling this year you would still have a good turnout. The key is good advertising and easy to read signs that are well placed. If we were going somewhere and had time, I might want to stop (especially if I saw that there was kid stuff). Make some great signs and the more neighbors you can get in on it the better (we really like to stop when we can go to more than one or two sales very close to eachother). Advertise on craigslist as well as put up some great signs. Good luck!

I think it's a fine time. You know people are off of work and a lot of us aren't traveling a lot these days, so why not? I like the other gal's suggestion, easy to read signs. I think that would be helpful. And advertise a little. I think you have a good shot being that it's multi families. Good luck!!!

Go for it! I agree! Lots of people are off on those days, and you may just luck out. Try posting some items on craigslist or post the garage sale on there. What do you have for sale? I might be interested. Thanks.

I say go for it! I see signs all the time for garage sales in the middle of the week and I would think that a holiday would be a great time!

I would if I was around. It's a bonus day off work, as far as I'm concerned. Even if we had family plans, I wouldn't have much to do in the morning (assuming I'm in town.)
