whenever I need something new I go to recipes.com and right about the search box at the top you can click on "ingredients". On the next page just enter Chicken and Broccoli and see what comes up. If you don't find something interesting, search for "Chinese chicken and broccoli" or "chicken and broccoli stir-fry".

I do a sweet and sour chicken one pretty frequently. It has a little bit of a Chinese style to it and pretty easy to make. I stir fry cut up chicken with broccoli, carrots and pineapple. You could add anything else you want too. Then in another pan I make the sauce
1/2 C brown sugar, 2 TBS cornstarch, 1/2 C pineapple juice, 1/4 C vinegar, 3 TBS soy sauce

Mix the sugar and cornstarch together, then add all the liquids and cook over low heat stirring very frequently. After about 15 minutes it will get a little clearer instead of cloudy and thicken when it is ready. I sometimes use a little extra pineapple juice. (the sauce is brown, not your typical Chinese sweet and sour that is bright red)

When everything is ready I serve over rice.

LOL! I'm going to make that tonight also! I saute my chicken with some chili oil, ginger, garlic and soy sauce until it's cooked through, then add the broccoli and some hoisin sauce and saute until the broccoli is tender. We put it over rice or udon noodles. Enjoy your dinner!
