Hi,
Where did you get your daughter's ears pierced. My 4 year old wants to have her ears pierced, but I don't know where to take her. I'd rather not take her to a kiosk at the mall (or a Claire's).

Her previous pediatrician would do it at the office, but her new doctor does not.

Thanks.

What can I do next?

You can cal the hospital. At one time I knew people came out to pierce ears. I am not sure if she was a nurse or not. But I know people come out to pierce ears. This was a while ago I saw the advertisement. I don't remember where though because I had a son so I lost interest.

I don't know if you are only looking for a doctor, but if not- I know Sweet and Sassy does it in Exton. It's a great store that does girls parties, nails etc. If nothing else, it would be a fun place to get it done! Much better than the mall!

I also used Claire's and never had a problem. They are very kind to the kids and sterile. As long as you use the ear care regularly everything should be okay.

please please go to your pediatrician.

they should have someone - either the doc or the NP- certified to place the earrings.

with all the questionable bugs out there now-a-days, it's the safest bet.

I took my daughter to Claire's. They were great. Very compassionate to my very scaredy-cat daughter. And very sterile too. They wore gloves, used alcohol swabs to sterilize her ears, etc. And I am happy to say that it has been 4 months and her ears have never been sore or infected.
