Does Anyone Have a Good (Kid's) Allergist to Refer in the West Suburbs?

We are heading to : DR. Barbara Griffin 9031 W. 151st Suite 210 in Orland. ###-###-#### She tests for sensitivities (vs only allergies). I called about 8 weeks ago, our apt is not until the end of March.. The testing is non evasive, can be done on a new born. We are doing this because my son is allergic/sensitive to Gluten, Chocolate and a few other things we can not pinpoint exactly. This testing will tell us exactly what is effecting him. It takes about 30-45 mins. But is very specific. My moms friend went there when she was sick and no one could tell her what was wrong.. this dr. told her the foods were bothering her.. she ellimanted them and whoola a new person.

What dr are you seeing, it shounds like you are doing sensitivitiy testing also. Hmm..

Dr. Joyce Rabbat at Loyola University Medical Center (main campus--Maywood) is a Board certified pediatric allergist. She also happens to be a medical correspondent for Telemundo.

I've been to Lurie's. The food allergy specialist is located at Fullerton and Clark, so not close to Oak Brook. She's great, but its a haul and a long time out to an appt.
Who is the Chinese doctor you have been seeing? I have 2 little ones with loads of food allergies and more. I would love to get them seeing someone like your guy but don't know anyone out here (I am also in the western burbs). I tried someone in Northbrook who came recommended but that is too far for me.

Dr. Greg Sharon in Bloomingdale. He was great with my son who has a milk sensitivity.
