I use Walgreens.com. 4x6 prints are usually $.15 each, however, they're always running specials that go as low as $.09. Another plus is when you sign up you get some free prints. If you pick the photos up at a store near you there's no shipping charge.

I've also heard snapfish.com is another great site.

if you do snapfish (or anyone other online printer), make sure you use a coupon code also... just do a google search for "snapfish coupon code" or whatever website you are using... this will offset the shipping charges. :-)

What is a good price to you?
Snap Fish www.snapfish.com has .9 cent prints.
Costco and www.kodakgallery.com seems to charge .13-.15 cents or so.

Or, try going to a local developer in your area, and see if they will work with you on a price, since you have a large bulk quantity to develop.

Costco does a great job. The photos are ready within an hour, great quality and the cheapest price around. Check them out.

I've always used Snapfish for prints, too, and I've done the math... for that many prints, it's the best deal. Be sure to get the pre-paid blocks of 250+ prints for the best price and order them all at once to get the best shipping price. And I'd definitely follow the other posters' advice about online coupon codes! I always try to find those, too.

I use shutterfly.com and costco. I think that shutterfly has free prints deals for first time customers.

Before you send all 800 pics to get printed, I suggest that you do a test print of several photos at a few sites (the same pics at each site). I have had good luck with Walmart and I've heard Costco is good, but it's not convenient for me. I like Walgreens a lot, BUT, only at one particular store. The one closest to my house is the best, the one that is closest to where I run my errands is horrible. Walmart's prices don't really change, but Walgreens can run some really good sales.

Because the quality can vary wildly, you really want to find the best place before you spend all that money.

Winkflash.com is who I use after reading an article where someone tested many "mail order" places. Usually prints are around .06 cents each.

shutterfly is great and you can usually do a search with google and find coupons. The pictures are a great quality and they come quickly. They also have free shipping ever so often, which really makes a difference if you have the pictures shipped to you. They have share sites for free so you can post pictures and video online for friends and family to see. I think they have the option of picking up prints at target now too.

I always use Walmart. I upload them online and then I can choose to pick them up at the store by either 1 hour photo, regular or I can have them delivered to my home. They always do a great job.
