Go to Flylady.com and if you can afford it, get her Declutter Kit. It comes very quickly. If you can't look for the listing. She has offered a very clear method you can download for free. Also she has radio spots and she offers Crisis cleaning if you're trying to get something accomplished quickly. However once this crisis is past, you can learn to handle clutter yourself by taking baby steps & not beating yourself up in the process. You will learn to

I agree with the other answers. Go to Flylady.com
It is free and so easy to follow her daily suggestions. She also has advice for helping kids get organized if you would need that. I made my own workbook with the instructions on her site. She also has other things you can buy from her to make your life easier. Good luck :)

I love Flylady.com. It's wonderful. She has a book too. I do not know if there is a Quick solution. However, you can do. I have three kids that have way to much stuff and we started on Friday and have 3 rubbermaid containors full of stuff to give away to our church. It starts with letting go of stuff. Finding a place for the things you want to keep. Good luck.

I haven't read the book, but I do have a friend that joined flylady.com, and I cannot believe the difference that it has made. I had not been to her house in a while and went over there for a jewelry party. As I drove up, I joked to the girl with me that she must not be home because there is no way she has room in her garage for her car to be parked in there. Well, that is exactly where it was. Her car was even clutter-free. She took me through her whole house and it was immaculate. I couldn't believe it when she told me that she had joined the site and it had been so successful for her. I'm not sure what she utilized from the site, but she is single, living on an Oklahoma teacher's salary, so it had to be reasonalbe whatever she chose.

Good luck!
