I was just wondering if any of you have tried the crest 3d white intensive professional whitining strips? I want to try them but want to know if anyone else has tried them & what the verdict is. I now get water from a well & drink lots of tea & I swear that the hardwater has visibly yellowed my teeth. I used to smoke (which I don't anymore) & drink lots of coffee & my teeth were alot whiter (I would get compliments). I brush twice a day & floss & use mouthrinse & yet they still look yucky. Anyway I was hoping someone else has tried these already & have a good recommendation for me. Thanks guys for any feedback you can give me.

What can I do next?

Yes they work - I am a dental hygienist - they do work, but you have to work at it. Don't think that you can just wear them one time and you will have super white teeth! I have yellowish teeth too, and it takes a long time to whiten my teeth. I actually use zoom whitening, which gives amazing results but you have to use it with trays. Use sensodyne for a few days before you start whitening to reduce sensitivity. Zoom gives me zingers! But it's worth it!

I love them. They work wonders and really do make your teeth brighter and whiter. Also colgate now has a whitening tooth paste that makes your teeth whiter too and also makes them feel polished. It comes in a bright red tube. We recently switched to this tooth paste and have fallen in love.

Good luck with that brighter and whiter smile.

Love them! And my dentist says my teeth look amazing! (Coffee and wine here, not tea.) Best of luck!

Added: I saw the comments about tooth sensitivity and I agree that some folks have that issue. I use a sensitivity toothpaste so that becomes a non-issue for me.

my teeth are sensitive, so I use the 3D White Gentle Formula, and I love them!

I've used them, but they were too strong for my teeth. The edges of my teeth felt like they were being stabbed or shocked so I was never able to leave them on very long, even after removing them my teeth hurt. I couldn't complete the whole treatment, but I used them for about 3 days and saw a difference.

I'd love to find some that worked but didn't make my teeth hurt, when looking at whitening products I think that your own tooth sensitivity should be a major consideration.

I tried the rembrant and I did see a difference after a few days. Not major, but a bit less yellow. I'm a tea drinker so I think it did help a bit.

I tried the older ones and they worked pretty good. You might also check on groupon because they usually have coupons for teeth whitening.

I used the crest strips years ago(or some other brand similar) and they worked but of course once I stopped using them for a few months my teeth went right back to color they were before I started. I ended up getting ZOOM whitening and i"m gald I did. ZOOM lasted for a year and some change. My teeth are still white but now bright white like they were when I first got ZOOM.
