I'm trying to find out what the going rate is for full time daycare or nanny. Can anyone please give me a ballpark on what it is going to cost for a 4yr old? Thanks!

What can I do next?

S., It depends what part of town your in and if you go with a professional who is registered or licensed by the state. I charge 160.00 per week. The closer you get to Dallas the higher it is.

I paid $125/wk for in-home care for my 2 year old. She wasn't certified or anything like that. I did check around one person I found was $160/wk she only feed the children organic food, a couple other did $120 and $140.

I am a fulltime nanny for one 3 year old and I get paid $400 a week. It's alot more than a daycare would cost, but it's also very convenient to have a nanny. Good Luck!

We're in an in-home daycare, which is $150/wk including meals.
