Ok, so I got title on a car I bought and it has registration for another state, I need to figure out where I go in Streamwood or surrounding area I go and what all I need to have the car registered ... like I said I have the title but I am not sure where to go or what to do next ... anyone know?

What can I do next?

There is a DMV office in Schaumburg on Golf, I think.

Unfortunately the Schaumburg office does not handle titles. You will have to go to the Lombard facility or downtown. I live in Schaumburg and went through the same thing last year.

Lombard Secretary of State might be helpful. Don't have number offhand. It's on the internet however.

The last time I bought a car from a private person I went to the Currency Exchange instead of the DMV. It's a bit more expensive but I found it much easier and faster because it was really close to our house. You can also go to the DMV but make sure that you find one that does registrations. You can check their website: www.cyberdriveillinois.com for details.
