Anyone have a good recipe. I'm craving them, really bad. I would be happy with plain but think they need to be dressed up a bit, for kids to eat them. I have found a few that look good but thought I would ask you guys, also. Thanks.

I roast them in olive oil, sea salt, and lemon juice. I'm still the only one in my family who likes them, but that's okay -- more for me.

I usually just throw them under the broiler with a little olive oil, salt & pepper. Soy sauce & garlic is a good add. So are bacon crumbles.

Cut them in half and sauté them in butter with bacon until they're soft and the bacon is crispy.

I cut the ends off, cut them in half and toss with olive oil and salt. I broil them til they are soft (I like mine a little on the well done side), turning half way. Then I drizzle in balsamic vinegar.

All my kids have liked them steamed, with butter and salt. I like them roasted in olive oil, garlic, and salt.

I love the Green Giant Brussel Sprouts in Butter Sauce in the frozen section. It's a weight watchers item- I can't remember how many points. They are really good.

Okay, Martha Stewart's website, has TONS of GOOD Brussels Sprout recipes. Look it up.
I made one from her site, it was cooked on the stove, forget the name, but it was GOOD. Even.my.kids.liked.it :)
And instead of using fresh Brussels Sprouts (which I could not find in my local market), I used frozen and it turned out just as GOOD.
And I also took it to a potluck, and it was all eaten up.
Nothing left over.

I usually steam and serve with butter, but friend cuts them in half and fries them with butter, salt and garlic. DH eats them with cheese on top. DD won't eat them yet.

A friend of mine lined a shallow tray with bacon and threw the brussel sprouts on top. Baked it all in oven until bacon was crisp. (20min??) It was the only time I've ever eaten them...they were pretty good! Don't have any comparison though. :0)

Get some duck bacon. Fry it up. Use the rendered duck fat to toss the brussels sprouts, salt, pepper then roast for 15 - 20 mins at 350 (or whatever you usually do to roast them). Crumble up the duck bacon and toss with the roasted brussels sprouts. Delish!!
