Once a month I'll be taking my husbands elderly aunt out for Sunday Brunch. She doesn't drive which means I'll be driving to Irving to pick her up. I barely know the area and I've been nominated to choose the location for these brunches. My husbands and our two young daughters will be joining us so kid friendly is a must. Can anyone provide me with some reccomendations? I greatly appreciate it!

What can I do next?

I used to have to do this with my great-grandmother as she wasn't supposed to drive either. She also lived in Irving, and loved to go to the Marriott hotel brunch. It is a little more expensive then LaMadeline, but the older type ladies really like it. They will fix you anything you want, waffles, omeletes etc. It is never crowded and really good.

Le Peep is a great family-owned restaurant with a really good breakfast and lunch menu. I think someone already gave you the location but I wanted to also let you know it is yummy:)

We used to do this with my grandmother before she passed away. Her favorite places, in Irving, were Red Lobster and Olive Garden. She could always manage to find something at both places that would accommodate her diabetic diet; and they never complain or give you grieved looks when you ask them to cook or prepare something a certain way.
But they are crowded on Sunday (with elderly and the church goers) so prepare to wait for seating.
