I have never heard of painting an attic to reduce electricity costs? What color do you paint it? Does it really work?

Efficient Attic Systems does an awesome job!!!! They also are the contractors Home Depot uses.
We just had ours done (1977 house), we had our attic painted with a radiant barrier and about 14 inches of insulation added to the attic floor. They were in and out and very professional. Also they are the only company approved through TXU for rebates and we ended up getting about $500 dollars of rebates between TXU and tax credits for energy efficient measures. I highly recommend them, feel free to ask me any questions about it!
