I am trying to get a portfolio together to one day (hopefully soon) start a cake decorating business out of my house. Anyway, I am needing more practice with making and decorating cakes and also to build my portfolio and supplies. If anyone needs a cake for a special occasion please let me know. My daughter is having her 4th party on Feb 3rd. She is having a princess party this year. She wanted a Barbie cake (where there is a real Barie & the cake is her dress) They are costly at the stores and Im very low on money now due to the emergancy root cancal of $1500 mu hubby had to do. How much would you charge for something like this or for a princess cake of somesort? Thanks C.
