Any Suggestions?? and Much Needed Prayers!!!

Lord, I pray that your will would be accomplished in this situation. I pray for M.'s little girl, that you would protect her throughout these bitter proceedings, that you would guard her from all hard, physical, spiritual, and emotional. I thank you that you are the God of all forgiveness, and that whatever lies in the past that M.'s husband has used against her, Lord, that YOU would render it ineffective. I pray that you would provide the character witnesses for this case and that you would deal mercifully on behalf of M. and her daughter. I pray for M., that you would draw her to yourself, and give her rest and peace in her mind. Lord, I praise you that you cause ALL THINGS to work for good in those who love you and who are trusting you. Draw M. to yourself that she would find comfort in the midst of her pain. Lord, stretch out your mighty hand to stand against the arrogance and power of sinful man, that you would be seen and glorified in this situation.

I'll continue praying and will be anxious to see an update.

We thank you for giving M. the courage, strength and love to stand in waiting, Lord. I pray for M. to be completely in your light - that she lean on you for every action, every word she speaks and every moment she lives through this difficulty. I pray all of this in your holy name, Amen."

omg!!!! my heart goes out to you, i will keep you in my prayers, but i think that if things dont go your way you need to write to a higher court, i have seen this happen so many times, women and men who lose their children due to someone knowing someone higher up. This is an unjust practice and needs to be stopped. Are you in Texas???? If so I can get some information to you, i am also a criminal justice major and have a copy of the penal code book with a lot of information. Im wondering what the hell they used against you for him to get custody. Moms who lose their kids have to be on drugs or abusive to lose their kids to their husdand especially a female child so young as your daughter.
Yes prayer is very good but you need to get on your phone and call whoever you can, write a ad in the paper....let the world know that you have been violated as a parent, create a website and tell your story.....do a petition on petition.com, if you light fire under that judge's a$$ he will feel the heat being put on him and may reverse it to save himself from looking bad.
And it will also make your ex look bad for being so evil and trying to hurt you. But if you sit back and do nothing they will think they have won, you need to let them know that your not going to back down, stay on their asses.....
Just remember this MEDIA is POWER!!!!! USE IT!!!!!

I will be praying for you! I am so sorry to hear that you are in this situation anyway! I do agree with Tonya also, this should be brought to others attention. It seems like this is starting to happen more often because someone "knows people"! Its not right at all!! Like she was saying if it gets out,especially in a small town, the judge may change his decision so he wont look bad! But I will be sure and keep you in my prayers!! You are in my prayers, sweetie; have you thought about maybe calling some newspapers in the area? They're always looking for a story and maybe publicizing it (in a way that won't exploit your daughter) might bring it to the right person's attention. If anything you could help prevent it from happening to another woman in an abusive relationship. Reaching out to others is a wonderful way of dealing with your pain.

Sometimes the laws are so unfair, but have Fait , God wouldnt give you anything that you couldnt handle you will be ok this is a horrible time but it will pass, remember it gets really dark before sun rise, I dont doubt You are a great mother and all I can say is be strong, God bless you, and I will be praying for you

First I must say that I admire your strength for going through with leaving this man, even when you knew how hard it would be. Many women would not show the strength and courage you have, and your daughter will be very proud of you, now and even more so in the future, when she is older and has a better understanding of what you did for her.
