Hello ladies,

I have decided that I want to try Trader Joe's Krab salad...sounds tasty...I am, however, at a loss as to what to serve WITH it. Any ideas? The crab salad seems to have an "asian-y" flair...

any ideas would be helpful! Thanks

What can I do next?

You could make little pastry cups using won ton skins baked in muffin pan cups to serve the salad in and maybe a hot and sour or velvet corn soup so you'll have the hot soup and cold salad. Trader Joe's carries some Asian inspired ice cream type deserts as well so you could keep the whole meal in the same theme.

Think lettuce cups! <-butterlettuce would work. Yumm!

Or serve it on cucumber slices (use english cucumer only)...oops, someone already suggested that!

I love asian food---I cook it almost everyday. Are you centering the entire meal around this??? I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for but I love to serve teriyaki stir-fried veggies with everything (I stirfry mixed veggies like squash, carrots, broccoli, snow peas, mushrooms and onion, and serve them over slin sliced fresh cucumber)
If you need any other ideas, I have lots!
Happy eating!!!

I would do either Wheat Thins, or triscuits or even a loaf of french bread cut up into thin/meduim slices.

That does sound good!
