Need 1St Birthday Theme Suggestions

My daughter's 1st Bday is still a few months away, but I'm a planner and would like to start thinking about her party. My first thought was to do a "Cowgirl" theme, then I though a "Cupcake" theme. Just wanting a few more suggestions that might be really creative or cute in some way. I'd love something that I can do really cute decorations with. I'm not really into the whole "Princess" theme, but do think it's really cute, just looking for something a little more original maybe. Thanks!

Gift Ideas for a 5 Year Old Girl

Two weeks ago my family moved to a new state. We have only had a chance to meet a couple of our neighbors. One of which invited us to her 5 year old daughter's birthday this coming weekend. Hello everyone, I wanted to know what type of food do/will you serve at a 3yr olds birthday party? There will be about 25 people(majority aunts and uncles). 6 Year Old Tea Party

This year, we have decided to do an in-home birthday party for my 6 year old daughter. I would like to do a little tea party theme. I am thinking of finger sandwiches, tea/punch, princess dresses, games, crafts. I am not the most creative person, so seeking some ideas from other mothers.
