Very Active 4Yr Son with Nose Bleeding

Hi my name is A. I'm at sahm of 4 children (ages 13girl,4boy,3girl,1boy)with my own business in Mary Kay. My 4yr old son is very active all day long soon as he gets up until he goes to be at night. My concern is that he has had several nose bleeds in the past week. He bumped his nose on the couch last week but no blood or bump took place. I just don't understand why his nose has been bleeding? Have any of you wonderful moms ever experience this with their child?

14 Month Old Wakes up Crying, Could This Be Night Terrors?

My son wakes up anywhere between 4:30-5:15am and starts crying, we've tried different methods (diaper changing, feeding, etc.) but he's pretty much incolsolable for about 5-10 minutes, this has been going on for sometime. Has anyone else had similar issues, and what's worked? We don't want to keep starting every day like this.

How to Handle Grandma Being Very Ill

My husband's mother was diagnosed with lung cancer in September. She went through chemo and was able to spend two weeks at Christmas with us, it was a great time. She returned to Florida in early January and has since been diagnosed with brain cancer, she is currently undergoing radiation, but the outlook is not hopeful. Expired Pregnancy Test--accurate?

Hi, ladies. To my great delight, I just got a positive pregnancy test (Clear Blue Easy, plus/minus, not with morning urine, about three days late for period). However, the test expired in July of 2007, so it's about six months "old." I called the Clear Blue Easy Help Line, and the woman told me to not rely on the test results, that she didn't know if an expired test might more likely show a false positive or false negative, and that an expired test might lose its effectiveness. How Old Was Your Child When They Asked How Babies Are Made?

This is really more a fun question but I was curious at what age they asked and what they thought the answer was. My son, who is 4 1/2 just asked me tonight. We don't have other children so there was really no reason to ask before this. He has a very cute idea that babies were made on a conveyer belt where they had their voices put in, then then went through a tunnel which put them into the mommy's belly for 3 weeks. After 3 weeks a slingshot shot the baby out of the mother's belly.
