We also feel that our 8 month old girl/17 pound is getting too big for it. Her feet are hitting the car seat(rear facing). What is the next Britax we should purchase? And will it fit my current base? Stressed About Picking the 'Right' Booster Car Seat for My Son

I need to purchse two booster car seats. The logical side of me says that I don't have to get the most expensive and that if they are on the shelves - they must have passed safety inspection. So I decided to call a few friends and guess what all 4 of them have? BRITAX. So now I am trying to rationalize buying or not buying the most expensive. PLEASE help, I obviously want the best for my son/family. I am not sure what OTHER kind of car seat to even consider. Please advise.

I imagine they would be at least 5 or 6 before they hit that weight. At that point, I imagine we'll move them into boosters. As for the REgent, I know that goes up to 80 lbs but I do know that my...
