One of my sons favorite is the spiral noods (or any noodles now a days) or the Whacky Mac (which is made from veggies) and put italian dressing on it. Kind of like making pasta salad. As he grew older we started adding the fun pasta salad veggies in there; like carrants, grape tomatoes, cheese, broccoli, cauliflower, ham, salami, etc....

Our kids snack all day on veggies. It is easier when everything is readily available. I usually clean everything on one day and have it ready in the fridge. Cucumbers are a good snack too.

As far as a total meal... well, not sure if I am right or wrong on this one, but I serve a fresh veggie and a fresh fruit with every meal and as long as they eat those I am not too concerned about their "meat". Sometimes my oldest likes just eating turkey lunch meat. Or I will slow cook a turkey breast and slice it up for the week, or the same with ham. We have ham slices frozen in our freezer and I take a slice out and warm it up in the skillet. The kids like this alot.

Gerber makes a puff, like cereal, that really sort of melt in their mouth if they don't chew it up. Also, there are yogurt melts. Both of these, my little girl loved. Also, there are Pasta Pickups made by Gerber that she also loved. Applesauce with no sugar added, come in different blended varieties. My daughter loves cheese. Shredded cheese, or you can cut up a piece of cheese into bite size pieces. Cut up banana. Diced fruit cup in 100% juice. Mac and cheese--she loves the spiral pasta, I think it is easier for her to grab. Wheat toast with peanut butter or margarine. Make some mini-muffins with fruit. Chicken nuggets. Vegetable soup (without the soup) the veggies are soft and easy for them to "chew". Diced avocados, kiwi, apple, strawberries. Green beans. Well cooked pinto beans.

My kids are 2 and 3. Some of their favorite meals are cheese cubes or string cheese, yogurt, melba toast and fruit like apples, strawberries, blueberries or bananas.
They love peanutbutter and honey sandwiches instead of jelly. I usually give them some goldfish with carrot sticks or chopped slices of celery with it.
We love beef franks, chicken and hamburgers on the grill with broccoli, baked sweet potato fries and a fruit. They also like Subway sandwiches every now and then.
My kids love to make salad. I let them tear the lettuce leaves and I add slices of roma tomatoes and shredded cheese. We drizzle it with ranch. I have found my kids will happily eat healthy foods just as much as junk food. It is up to us adults to set the healthiest examples for them. Good luck!
