HELP- 18 Month Old Measuring Small

My daughter is almost 19 months but we had her 18 month checkup today. She weighed 21 lbs 8 oz and measured in the 9th percentile. I have not been worried about her weight (even though I knew she was small) because she ate a blanced diet (fruits, veggies, beans, cheese, etc.) and is meeting her milestones. She even has a little bit of a "belly." The only thing she really doesn't want to eat is meat. She has been known to out-eat my 4 year old son from time to time. Advice/Suggestion On Baby Shower Gifts

Hi...My workplace is having a combined baby shower for three women who are expecting this spring. All three are having their first, all are having boys, and all have had other baby showers. The registry items at Babies R Us are all too expensive, especially considering I have to buy three of everything! I would really like to get something original and something they will use or need. Any suggesttions or things YOU got at showers that were special, memorable, or especially thoughtful?

Help, Trying to Wean to Sippy Cup with Soy Milk

My one year old daughter is allergic to milk, and we have been trying to wean her on soy milk for a month. She will take juice and water out of a sippy cup but not milk or formula. Meijer or Kroger

Has anyone compared prices at Meijer and Kroger? I can't tell which one has the lowest prices. It seems to me that maybe groceries are lower at Kroger while produce is lower at Meijer. There is no doubt that deli meats are lower at Meijer. I would rather shop at Kroger as it is less crowded and crazy, but not if I end up spending more. What have you all find to be best?

My daughter has been fussy lately with feeding. Until about a month ago, she always needed to nurse for at least 30-40 minutes at a time (at about 3-hour intervals), and she still feeds for that long sometimes, usually for the first and last feedings of the day.
