Out Growing Arms Reach Co-sleeper, What Now?

Our daughter is now 6 months and has been sleeping in an Arms Reach co-sleeper since birth and has always started out the night there except the first few weeks. She currently goes to bed in the co-sleeper at 7pm and is out relatively quickly unless she is having a bad teeth night or got over tired due to missing a nap during the day. I recently figured out how to nurse in bed on my side (about time!) and she wakes at about 4am to nurse and I have been bringing her into bed and feeding her and then she sleeps the rest of the night in bed...

Where Did Your Newborn Sleep?

I'm feeling very torn. I definitely plan on having my baby (due Oct) in my room for at least a few months, and definitely not in my bed (nothing against cosleeping, just not for me). With my first daughter we used a pack n' play in our room. She never slept well in it, I think those mattresses are really uncomfortable. So, for this baby I was thinking about...

Co-sleeper Vs. Vibrating, Musical, Etc. Bassinett, Vs. Crib

Hi, I am a first time mom and am not sure which would be better to get and would be the most comfortable, sleep inducing for my baby as well as convenient for me: a co-sleeper, an arms reach co-sleeper, a bassinett that vibrates, plays music, etc., or a crib??? Thanks!

Getting Some Sleep

My son will be turning a year old in September, and we are still co-sleeping with him. We recently moved and so all three of us are sleeping in one bed together, it wasn't so bad when it was just me and the baby, but we're running out of room on our mattress with all three of us sleeping together. I would like to transition him to his crib, but every time we try to put him in his crib to sleep he screams like he's on fire. I've tried a number of suggestions from lots of well-meaning people, but putting him in the crib and letting him...
