Store Brand Diapers

I have tried Meijer's Whisper soft diapers size 5, I didn't like them...The tabs pulled off, and the stuffing kept coming out the top. Has anyone tried any other store brand Size 5 diapers...ex:target, Walmart. How did you like them, are the tabs strechy?

Purchasing a Swing Set

My daughter will be 2 in July and we thought about purchasing a swing set for her birthday. My husband is set on getting a medal one. Which I guess is fine because our backyard is not huge. I’ve looked online at Walmart, Toys r us and Kmart. And it seems like they are not rated very high. Can anyone recommend a nice swing set? We are looking for one that has a slide, 2 swings and a bar to hang from. Anything else would be a bonus. Thanks!

I Need Tips for Living Is Small Living Quarters - Family of 5

Since my husbands 35% pay cut, we have to move to a smaller home. The home we are in is 1100 sq ft and we are going to a 900sq ft home. I am so stressed about how to not live in clutter and cramped conditions. I have an almost 4 year old an almost 2 year old and having a baby in November. The closets in this place are smaller than my current food pantry! How are we going to do it? Having little ones requires lots of large items, excercaucer, swing, bouncy chair, high chair, not to mention 16 buckets of clothes for boys and girls from 0-...

Similac Alimentum Vs. Enfamil Nutramigen

Hi moms! I'm back again. My sweet boy is 12 weeks old and while this is NOT what I want to do, I'm beginning to feel its in my babe's best chance at happiness:-) I've given up just about every major food allergy/sensitivity in my diet and still no happy baby with breastfeeding. He has both reflux and colic and I'm at the end of the rope I believe. So based on some basic research the 2 formulas most recommended are the Similac Alimentum & Enfamil Nutramigen. Any suggestions or experience with either of these? Thank you so much!!

2Nd Grader with Possible Learning Disability

I have a 7-year-old son in the second grade. My husband and I just went to a scheduled parent/teacher conference this past week and we have found out that our son may have a possible learning disability. His reading has always been a problem for him. In kindergarden, we found out that he had extremely bad eyesight and it is now being corrected with glasses. His eyesight has since gotten a lot better. He started reading small books in 1st grade and was a little slow then. But now, he's in 2nd grade and he's not progressing like he...

Blankie and Thumb Sucking

I am seven months pregnant and my youngest is just about to turn three. She has a special blankie that she sleeps with and sucks her thumb with. Our pediatrician said that around three is when we should deal with the issue. I think we waited too long. Also, my concern is that if I try to take it away now and try to discourage the thumb sucking with the baby coming that the events are too close together. I know she is going to have other issues when the baby comes. Any advice about how to get rid of the blankie/thumb and opinions on...

Separation Anxiety or Temper Tantrum?

My dd will turn 2 in June and her separation anxiety seems to be getting WORSE instead of better. According to all of the articles I read (and many parents I talk to who have experienced this), this separation anxiety should be getting better the closer kids get to age two. I know all kids are different, and every situation is different, but I am home with her 90% of the time while my dh works and goes to school in the evenings. While we are at home, my dd wants to monopolize my time, and when she doesn't get her way, she throws a...
