ADHD And Albuteral ?

My daughter ,9 , ADHD , gifted, also has asthma. Seasonal allergies trigger it in her. Well for the past 2 days she's had to have an albuterol nebulizer treatment before school, and both of these days she's had STELLAR behavior days. She's been motivated, focused, finished her work , pleasant to be around, and helpful. Is this the albuterol? I don't think I've ever given her a treatment before school before. Has anyone ever experienced this?

Reaction to Albuterol

Hello, Mamas! I need some feedback. Our 3 year old son has asthma issues only when he has a respiratory illness. During those time, we have successfully given him his albuterol inhaler as a daily treatment for the wheezing and coughing until the illness subsides and he no longer needs it. That lasts maybe a week at the most. It's been over 10 months since the last time he had to use the inhaler, and we had to use it last night. However, within about 5 minutes, he started itching on his legs like crazy and the left side of face got...

Always Stuffy Nose

My 2 1/2 year old daughter has been having this stuffy nose problem for past 3-4 weeks or so. She's not sick and doing well, but her nose is always stuffy. Not runny or have cold symptoms, but I guess something must be bothering her nose. It's not stuffy 24 hours, but she usually has something in her nose that bothers her and sometimes it's hard for me to watch her being so bothered by her stuffy nose. She hates the saline spray, so when I try to use that on her, she panics and gets upset. And even when I do get that in her nose, it...

Mom Looking for Advice Regarding Asthma or Bronchialitis

I've been wondering if my 3 year old son could have asthma. in August he was sick and he was coughing really bad and wheezing. I took him to emergency and was told that he probably had bronchilatis(sp). I was given a Breathing machine and a prescription for albuterol sulfate. He got sick again in October a day after his yearly exam. Again the same symptoms. I did not go to the Dr. but used the machine again with the medication and it went away (he was out of daycare 3 days). Now he has it again, this time the symptoms are wheezing,...
