I know that you are probably very busy but if you can do some volunteer work at your local hospital while you are still in school, it will give you some practical experience to put on your resume and that will give you the edge over your fellow graduates. Also, you may end up being able to land a job where you are doing your volunteer work because you will be a known commodity to them and you may find out about job openings before they are even advertised.

Is there a student employment center at your school? Call your school and ask or look online. All schools should have this.

Your school should have an office that helps students look for jobs.
Also, since you have computer access, there are various web-based
job search sites . . . . it's been so long, I don't remember all the options.

There are some medical personel agencies, look on-line for them. I am a MA and I do know that some of the nursing agencies will use MA's too.
