Lotion/cream Recommendations for Dry Hands

Recently, I've had to wash my hands more frequently than usual. My 9 month old had some sort of viral stomach bug and had diarrhea for 11 days with generally 15 dirty diapers per day during that time. So I would wash my hands after every diaper change in addition to the usual hand washing. His condition improved about a week ago, but my hands are still dry. When Nystatin Doesn't Work??

My son had an ear infection and was prescribe an oral antibiotic. As a result, he received a yeast rash. Over a week ago, I called my doctor and she called in a script for Nystatin. She said to put the Nystatin on first then put desitin/aquaphor/diaper cream on top to seal in the cream. I have been changing his diaper every time he pees and putting the cream on every time.
