Best Changing Table Style? One with Rails or One on Top of a Dresser?

My husband and I are getting ready to purchase baby furniture for our first baby. I'm not sure what style of changing table is best/safest/most convenient. I'm leaning toward the kind that is "built" on top of a dresser where the baby gets strapped in on top of the foam changing pad, but I've also seen the tables where there are rails on all four sides with the shelves underneath. Sleeping in Crib

I am having issues putting my 4 month old in his own crib to sleep. I think because I my own insecurities (with the issues we have had in the past in conceiving) I am so afraid to let him sleep in there. Infant Car Seat Recommendation

I have been researching the infant car seats on the market now in preparation for our third baby. My other two were always tall and out of the infant snug ride car seat by 5 or 6 months. Now they have them on the market that they can be in up to 30-32 inches and 30-32 lbs, but I heard that they get really heavy.
