Baby Bath Tub Safety

Hi ladies, i need some urgent suggestions of how to proof our big tub while bathing my baby.Usually i will put her baby bath tub in the big tub and bathe her that way. Today she scared me so much.While i was bathing her she started to spin around in her tub and then all of a sudden she grab the edge of her tub and decided that she want to stand, and in the next second, before i was even able to do something she slipped and bump her hee head at the tub wall. please give me ideas how to bathe her safely, because i don't want her to get hurt.
