How to Respond to Other Children's Reactions to My Baby with Special Needs

I was at a playground today with my big girl who is 4 years old and baby girl who is 10 months. Some young boys noticed my littlest munchkin and said something like "Look at that baby!" and then they laughed. Then I heard "It looks like it has no brain!" Consignment Vs. Yard Sale

Hello, we are participating in our neighborhood's yard sale next month and I am wondering what you all think about selling my kids' outgrown clothes at a consignment shop like Once Upon A Child or at the yard sale. We are already doing the sale for sure, so the work of having a sale is not a factor. I am wondering if the money I'd get at a resale shop is better then what I'd get at my yard sale.
