Work Habits for Kindergartener
Well, the kindergarten report cards came home today. My 5 year old daughter did fairly well overall, although in our family of overachievers, it was "satisfactory". The one area she seems to be struggling with is completing her assignments on time while in the classroom during independent study time. My daughter is a perfectionist. She will start a project over and over until it is done to her satisfaction. At home, we encourage quality of work and don't really enforce a time limit on homework.
