Labor & Such

So I've been talking to a lot of moms lately and I seem to be seeing a trend. So I figured I'd see what you ladies had to say. How many of you ladies went into labor at night instead of the middle of the day? Obviously scheduled c-sections and such don't really count for this question. Not that there is anything wrong with them. I'm just curious if it is really more common to go into labor at night as opposed to the middle of the day.

Thoughts on Writting a Birth Plan?

I just signed up for a free workshop on writing your own birth plan in Pasadena, and I wanted to know what others experiences were with writing their own. Did you find it beneficial? One of my friends had a baby recently and didn't realize until she went into labor that the hospital wouldn't let her walk around or eat during the waiting period. Even if we don't stick to every point in the...

Bradley Method Vs. Lamaze

We've heard some great things about the Bradley Method, and I was wondering if anyone has taken both Bradley classes and Lamaze classes who might have some thoughts on the two. Of course, everyone will be different, but I'd love to hear what those of you who've been through it think. Also, does anyone know of any Bradley classes offered in or near south Irving? Thanks! C.
