Whiney 2 Year Old and a Very Disrespectful 13 Year Old Step-daughter

my 2 year old will just start screaming in this high pitched scream everytime she doesn't get picked up, sometimes it's for no reason at all and then there are times when I am holding or tending to my 3 month old that she does this, can anyone help me figure out why she deos this and how i may be able to fix it? also i have a 13 year old step-daughter who i have tried to be close too over a period of 3 years. Experiences at Target

I just had an awful experience at Target this past weekend. I was trying to return stuff I had gotten from my baby shower and spent an hour at the customer service desk trying to match gift reciepts with the items I was returning and then had over 10 items that I didn't have reciepts for that they would not let me return even for store credit!!
