Drugstore Vs. Department Store Makeup

Well, since I don't have the funds to conduct my own study I thought I'd turn to the best source out there - Moms! What is your opinion on drugstore vs. department store makeup? I currently use a line from a mall / specialty makeup store but keep wondering if I can find nice quality makeup at the drugstore. 2-Year Old Won't Take a Bath!

Up until last week our 2-year old son, Thomas, was a water baby. He would try to swim in a puddle and just LOVED bath time so much. He didn't mind getting the water on his face, and even liked to have the shower on for a while when he was bathing.
