you might try peroxide and baking soda. I have used it a lot and it does get some set in stains out. make a paste out of it and scrub it in with a toothbrush.

Greased Lightning. It's an all purpose cleaner. I have gotten lots of hand me downs that were stained. I know they've been through the washer/dryer. It will get most of the stain out. I just give the spot a good spray and it comes right out. If it's a really dark or stubborn stain, you may have to treat and wash a few times.
