Natural Organic Cleaning Products

I would like to make the switch to all natural, organic cleaning and personal care products for my home, but am unsure where to start. Is anyone really happy with their laundry detergent, dishwasher liquid, dishwasher detergent, household cleaners, carpet and upholstery cleaner, disinfecting wipes, shampoos and bathing soaps, floor cleaners, etc? I have been using perfume and dye free laundry detergent since my son was born, but have been unhappy with the cleaning performance of these products. Our clothes are just not getting clean and...

Im trying to switch to safer cleaning products and Im wondering what people are using. I use a lot of vinegar and baking soda. Im really looking for a bleach alternative something that disinfects. I do daycare out of my home so Im looking for safer products to clean the toys with, also. I have heard about shaklee, seventh generation and restore products. Alternatives to DREFT

Mamas & Papas- We've been graced with new and used baby clothes for our as yet unborn #2. With the first, I used dreft, or the babies r us brand equivalent. I'm not sure what is now on the market, and what alternatives, if any there are? Can I use something like an all free and clear? what about a seventh generation type of product? Thanks a bunch, F. Anyone Use the Seventh Generation Dishwasher Detergent (Dishwasher Problem)?

Hi Mom's, Just wanting to rule out possible reasons my dishes are not getting clean before jumping to any conclusions with my dishwasher. Does anyone use the seventh generation dishwasher deteregent? Does it leave your dishes spotty. I have recently been having to re-wash my dishes a 2nd time because they are spotty. I tried using that rinse agent that you put into the dishwasher and its not fully remedying the situation. It appears/sounds like my dishwasher is doing its job; my dishes just are not getting clean.....Any advice...

Does Anyone Recommend a Good Stain Remover?

I have noticed that the stains on my kids clothes are not coming out in the wash, even after I use Spray n Wash or Zout. I always check the clothes before putting them in the dryer to see if the stain has come out, and 100% of the time, the stain hasn't come out. I always spray the stain as soon as I put it in the dirty laundry hamper. But I am not having any luck with getting the stains out. Most of the stains are food stains. Does any one have a recommendation on a good stain remover for clothes? Thanks!
