Baby with Food Allergies - Any Advice Appreciated

We've just found out that, after an allergy test, our 10 month old is allergic to eggs, wheat and dairy. He had a severe allergic reaction and rushed to ER after eating a minute amount of egg. He quickly recovered but now we're looking for any advice from anyone with a similar experience. Any ideas on what to feed our little guy to make his diet more interesting and without any risks would be greatly appreciated. Anyone who has experience with Epi pens and how many do you prefer to keep on hand.

Advice from Moms with Kids W/ Peanut Allergies

Earier this week we found out my 13 month old has a peanut allergy. The experience was pretty scary, but now she's doing great! We are armed with EpiPens and Benadryl incase of any further contact with peanuts, but just wanting to hear from other moms if you have any great tips, reccommendations, or info. I might find useful. Her pediatrician has been great and given us really good advice and she will be seeing an allergist and getting blood work at 2. Thanks for the help!

Natural Childbirth Advice

Hi Ladies, I am almost 38 weeks preggo with my first and I hoping to have a natural delivery w/o an epidural. Do any of you have any advice/tips for me? One useful tip someone gave me was to stay as long as I can, bc the hospital will encourage me to get an epi. I am delivering at Cedars Sinai in Los Angeles and their epi rate is 95%!!!! Any advice is appreciated!
