I am looking for a good pediatric for my new born baby, who will be born in March, 2008. I need to do a circumcision for him (Jewish/Muslim) way so I need a good pediatric who knows how to do this procedure this way.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Dr. William Caldwell!!!!

I LOVE MY Pediatrician! He is downtown, but is worth every inch of the drive (off of 38th street behind Seton). When we moved to Georgetown, I changed nearly all of my doctors but my pediatrician. I would drive to Houston to see him. He has been named to "Texas Top Doctors" for multiple years running. His office is awesome. My sister and I take our kids to him and recommend him to everyone. Good luck!

We LOVE our pediatrician, he comes very highly recommended by a lot of people in the medical community. He has been our Pediatrician from the beginning, and did the circumcision for our son. I don't know if there is a different way of doing a circumsicion from a religious standpoint, but when doctor Unite did our sons, he didn't even cry (so I was told :). His name is Anselmo Unite, of Treehouse Pediatrics, they are on 620 semi near Round Rock hospital, but fairly close to Cedar Park. ###-###-####. Good luck!

My Daughter is 22 months old and we have been going to Dr. Cardwell since her birth. While we have not had any major medical issues, he has been professional and sincere in his care approach for her. His associate Dr. Kilgore gave equal care and attention on the two occasions she saw my daughter. While he is an MD, I have never felt the pressure/rush to test/medicate my daughter, solutions have ranged from home care to OTC or prescription medication depending on the problem.
His nursing staff is above average and all medical staff respond to commuications (phone or e-mail) promptly. His back office is great too and the front office staff is not bad.

We live in Wells Branch and love our pediatrician so much that we travel down to 38th street to see him. His name is Dr. Samuel Mirrop and he's Jewish - I don't know if that means he knows how to do the traditional circumcision or not (our ob-gyn did our son's), but you can give him a try. The office number is ###-###-####. Just an aside about his office - I've never called that I have not been able to get my son in w/in a few hours and the office is open for a few hours both on Saturday and Sunday. And while Dr. Mirrop is our designated doctor, I've been very happy w/all of the doctor's in the practice. My son is now 4 1/2 years-old.
