Has anyone ever heard of a movie theater that you can take an infant to? They used to have crying rooms or some theaters had special times where moms could bring babies. Im just looking for something, anything that I can get out of the house with an infant in tow.

Thanks in advance for any information.

Several area Regal theaters have free kid movies at 10 am tues and wed. You dont have to sign up for anything to get in for free. There are tons of kids there so the baby could be a little fussy and Im sure people wouldnt mind as most are kids anyway. You can check the regal website for theaters close to you who are participating.

It's not exactly a seperate room for infants but there is a summer program at some local movie theaters one in Puyallup and one in Auburn its on specific days but is free for all children, you would have to check for times and dates. But it could give you a break and the other to children a chance to watch a kid friendly movie. I would assume that the other mothers would be a little more understanding of an infant since theres a good chance some of the other children in the theater may be a bit loud. It's free and for kids so it's not like adults payed for it and are going to get frustrated with a crying infant. Just a thought. You may want to check the supermall website.

the local theater here in Auburn has free summer movies for kids on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Everyone has small children, so talking, crying and tons of bathroom breaks don't interrupt at all. Plus it's free.
