When Can You Tell You Are Pregnant?

Given that you're a day late you should be able to test now. Morning urine is the best because it has the most hcg in it (growth hormone found in pregnancy) but once you make it so far along anytime will work. I was a week late & tested at 9pm and it was positive.

Take a deep breath though. If you're under stress from the holidays coming up it can easily make you late or skip a period all together. Then if you're worried about being pregnant it can make you even later. The mind has a way of playing tricks on us. :) Test soon & put your mind to rest.

I would wait to take the test. Cycles can vary (usually 27 to 32 days). You wait 2 weeks to get fully accurate results. It's possible if you test this early you could get a false negative.

Use first morning urine tomorrow morning.

You can test now. I was able to tell 4 days before my missed period.
