No Pregnancy Symptoms; Similar to Last Miscarriage?!

Hi, mommas! I have two healthy kids, and about two months ago I had a miscarriage when I was 7 or 8 weeks along. With both of my healthy pregnancies, I had at least some pregnancy symptoms in the first trimester; I was always hungry, had some cravings, and usually felt nauseous for at least some part of every day, though my second pregnancy was a lot easier than my first. With my miscarriage, I had a couple of *possible* pregnancy symptoms around week 4-5, but nothing definitive, and the rest of the time I didn't feel pregnant at all, and then I miscarried. Well, I was very happy to find out a few days ago that I'm pregnant again, but once again, I'm feeling no pregnancy symptoms at all. I'm starting to worry, but my first doctor's appointment isn't for more than a month, so I thought I'd try here. Have any of you had similar things happen with positive outcomes? Has anyone had a great, symptom-free first trimester and healthy pregnancy after having had other pregnancies where they felt plenty of symptoms in the beginning?

What can I do next?

With my 4th pregnancy (that miscarried) I had some pregnancy symptoms, but they were different than my previous three healthy pregnancies. I had more nausea than I'd had with any of them. The one thing I was thought was strange was that I wasn't going pee every ten minutes like I'd had with the others. I can remember waking up in the mornings and realizing I hadn't gotten up to use the bathroom. That was one of my inklings that something wasn't right.

Just remember that every pregnancy is different, and it might just be too early for you to be feeling symptoms right now.

I wouldn't worry too much until you have seen the doctor. There is no guarantee that each pregnancy will be the same as the last. Both of mine were very different. With my second pregnancy it was almost like I wasn't pregnant at all. I didn't even feel her move during the pregnancy. I was very worried throughout my pregnancy since it seemed so odd. However, she was born healthy and full of energy.

I hope everything goes well for you and wish you all the best!

I have two perfectly healthy children, No one second of morning sickness with either. Outside of missing that monthly cycle, I had no idea I was pregnant.

With my second pregnancy, I bled for a week around 5 or 6 weeks, shortly after I found out. It was a full cycle, so I was pretty disappointed that I must have miscarried. And yet, that little boy was pretty stubborn. He stuck around after all, was way active (cord around neck when born) and continues to be a constant whirlwind of activity 9 years later. Don't throw in the towel yet!
