We just had Chem Dry out and they did a fabulous job! They were pretty reasonable as well.

We've used Sears carpet cleaning on two separate occassions and I will never use another service - they are FANTASTIC! we too needed to get carpets cleaned before moving and after Sears came our realtor asked us if we got new carpeting. They're affordable and you can usually find a coupon - try online.
