I strongly recommend First Class Cleaning. I've used them twice and have been very pleased. I don't have their number on hand but Crissy (owner) is a member of Mamasource so you should be able to find them easily. Good luck.
I have rental property and I use Whirlwind Cleaning. My last tenant had red koolaid stains in 2 of the rooms and the stains are completely gone! The charge was around $60 for all 3 rooms of carpet including the stain treatments. They are awesome!

WE have been very happy with Marton's Carpet Cleaner. They have always been on time professional and they do a terrific job. I thought for sure we were going to have to replace the carpet in our rental property, he was able to save it. Friends and my in laws have also hired him and been pleased.
This is who my friends and I use. He is terrific and takes a lot of pride in doing a good job. He can be as quick as you want him to be, but he will stay until he is happy with the results. He got out stains and they didn't come back. He has very reasonable pricing too!!

What area are you in? I am a realtor with Keller Williams and recommend Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning to all my friends/clients. They are based in Frisco, but come to the Lewisville/Flower Mound area quite frequently as well. I don't think he would travel as far as Tarrant County though (not sure where you're located).
