I was wondering if anyone had any advice on trying to keep kids healthy. It seems that this past winter and into the spring my boys are constantly sick with either the flu, colds, rotovirus, or even ear infections. I work in the healthcare field and am a nut about cleanliness, i.e. washing hands etc. Should I be giving them vitamins or any other nutritional supplement such as Pediasure to help?
