Help! New Mom to Be Looking for Advice.

I'm looking for any advice and recommendations from all of you moms out there. This is our first child and I'm not sure which items I should buy or avoid. I'd particulary like info on: Bottles & Breastpumps I plan on trying to breastfeed and pump, since I will be returning to work. I know I was a baby who was prone to colic, so I want to make sure I get some good bottles that help to limit this. Strollers & Carseats I've been eyeballing the Graco Quattro travel system. I have a big SUV, so getting the stroller in and out of the...

**Shopping List ?'S** I Plan on Breastfeeding Can I Hold off on the Breast Pump?

This is my 1st baby and I know sometimes breast feeding doesn't go as planned. So, I'm wondering should I invest in a breast pump now before she's born to have on hand? I have no plans of being away from her for the first couple of weeks at least. But, on the other hand I'm thinking if she doesn't latch on right away I could pump my colostrum and milk and bottle feed her that way. Can I Continue Breastfeeding Without a Pump?

My sister-in-law has let me borrow her breastpump but now she is having her second baby and needs it back. I have been pumping while at work and breastfeeding my son whenever I'm with him. My question is if I'm not pumping during the day will my milk supply totally diminish? I would like to continue to breastfeed him but I'm worried I wont be able to keep up my supply without the pumping. I have to give the pump back in about 3 weeks is there anything I should do to prepare? My son is already supplmenting with formula.
