Boys Who Are Not into Sports

Gymnastics Fashion Question

so i signed my 4 year-old daughter up next week for gymnastics. I want her to feel she belongs so i wanted to get her a leotard for her first day. Do people wear the simple ballet leotards to gymnastics? I find the gymnastics leotards so garish. Will she be an odd ball if i just buy her a more tasteful dance leotard? Since you don't wear tights in gymnastics, will the dance leotards be modest and appropriate? I notice a lot of the gymnastic wear sold on-line is more of a mid thigh unitard. Any insights would be appreciated.

Son Hates Swimming Lessons

My son started swimming lessons this past Monday. He is four years old, and has never taken them before. He was so excited the first day, but it did not go well. He didn't like getting his face wet at all, and quit about halfway through. We have been to two more lessons, and things have not improved.
