Improve 6 Year Old's Reading and Writing
Hello Moms, I am wondering if anyone has a suggestion to help me improve my son's reading and writing abilities. He is in 1st grade and doing well. He is on a 2nd grade level for math and at level for reading. This would be okay with me, but I have been told he could make more effort and is capable of more. I have put him in Kumon both last year for three months in KG and over the summer and it helped tremendously. However, I cannot really afford to keep him in.
