Hi moms! My 10 month old son recently began sleeping on his tummy alot at nighttime. I am finding though that he is peeing through his diaper on more than one occasion. I currently use Pampers Baby Dry. Any suggestions???
Those diapers suck. Get Pampers Cruisers Ultra (only the ultra type will work - the non ultra kind would be the same as what you use now) Huggies Overnights are good also. Another thing to try is to go up one size. I learned as a new mom, just like you are!
Hi- I've always used huggies overnites on my 3 boys. Unfortunately I think they start @ size 4 so if she is a tiny girl they won't work yet, but I would say that even if she is say normally a size 3 diaper I would put the size 4 overnites on her. Good luck-
My daughter sleeps on her stomach too. Not sure if you're a member but we've been using diapers from BJ's wholesale club for the last 6 months and they hardly ever leak and are alot less expensive than the name brand diapers.

I actually found that the huggies overnites didn't work for my now 7.5 month old son, even in a size larger (they sell them at Toys R Us, Shoprite, etc.
But the Pampers Cruisers ULTRA ABSORBENCY are the BEST!!!! The first time I tried them, he had a small amount of leakage. Then when I used them again and really focused on bringing the front part of the diaper higher up than the back, it really did the trick! There is a green absorbent layer that lines the diaper. Buy them in one size larger as well.
Unfortunately, you can only buy them in BJs or online at one or two websites. But they are worth the investment. Both The Cruisers Ultra and overnites ar going to be more expensive than the typical diaper, since they are ultra absorbent.

Get the Huggies "Overnights" My son used to wet through his diaper every night until we got those. Not every place carries them, though. Babies R Us has them, Drugstore.com, and I'm not sure where you live, but the Shop-Rite in Chester carries them.
Even though I prefer Pampers during the day, I love Huggies Overnights for nighttime.
when you change his pamper before he goes to sleep put it on backwards...the back is higher than the front...

We have a nine month old baby boy and have the same problem! We use the Pampers Baby Dry during the day as well and they are great - but do not seem to hold up to his nighttime "activity"! We use Huggies Overnight diapers and they are AWESOME. I highly recommend them. We haven't had any accidents.

huggies ovenites... although I dont like their regular diapers the overnites really work!!!
switch to Huggies. i have never had a problem with Huggies and i have tried almost every brand out there.
We had the same problem with our daughter until I bought her HUGGIES OVERNIGHTS. They start at size 3, but it seemed like we could only even find them in either size 3 or 4 at Price Chopper. They are everywhere like Walmart, etc, ince you hit size 5. Hope that helps. :)

I really love the Huggies Overnights. My son is a tummy sleeper as well, and I've found these are the only diapers to prevent wet mornings. I've tried other brands and this, I've found, works the best. Good luck!
After many wet nights we ended up with the huggies overnights (size 3 for us) and so far they have worked very well.

Huggies Overnights are GREAT! Ignore the weight suggestions. My son was much less weight than the suggestion but they still worked great.
I wonder if you are able to put in a folded cloth diaper. That might help keep his diaper from leaking. I like to fold a flat diaper, so it looks like a pad shape and then insert it into a diaper cover, like the pocket diapers. But it doesn't have to be a pocket diaper. Also, if your little one wakes shortly before it's time to get up, maybe he or she is waking to pee. I had the same problem and put Huggies Nighttime diapers on him. Not every store carries them. I use Pampers during the day.

Try Pampers Cruisers Ultra. I believe they only sell them at BJs though. They are pretty good.

I had that same problem. I was given this advice from another mom and it's still working for my son as far as leaking at night (he'll be two at the end of the month). I use Huggies overnights, but I buy them a size larger than his regular diapers. He wears a size four in regular diapers so I buy the overnights in a size five and he rarely leaks.

Huggies nighttime diapers. Once I started using them with my boy at around 7 mos, there has been rarely any night time leakage.
I found that the only diaper wsa LUVS for boys - I tried Papmers, Huggies, store brands - once I started using LUVS there was no more leakage. It is a trial an error on diapers. Good Luck
I love pampers and won't use anything else during the day (all other brands tend to leak with my kids). Once my babies started sleeping through the night I started usuing the Huggies overnights. However they don't come in the small sizes I think they start at size 3. They work wonders!
