I am looking to have my daughters ears pierced. Does anyone know of a Doctor who does this for infants? I know they have this available in the mall but I am not exactly comfortable with that.

What can I do next?

All 3 of my Granddaughters (Usually at 3-6 months old) had their ears pierced at Claire's I do recommend them. The secret is to give them Tylenol ahead of time and wait for a feeding time. Then after they pierce their ears (they do both at the same time) give the feeding to them this eases the pain. I am happy with the piercing at Claire's and that since the children are infants there are 2 people to perform the piercing.

Did you ask your own Dr. My doc. did my daughters ears at her 1 yr. appointment. If he/she doesn't do it maybe they can recommend someone who will.

Dr. Marlyn Valena, who is part of Signature Medical Associates, does infant ear piercing. She has been both my daughter's doctor since they were born. She's just great. My oldest is 9 & my youngest is 2. They are located on Randall Rd. & 90.
