If you don't have enough pregnancy hormones, for a blood test...you almost certainly don't have enough hormones, for these symptoms. Have you ever read about pseudocyesis?? Are you wanting to be pregnant badly?

I would make an appt for a physical. It sounds like you could have some kind of hormonal imbalance.

This happened to my sister, she had all the pregnancy symptoms, turned out it was a blighted ovum, or anembryonic pregnancy.

A blighted ovum happens when a fertilized egg attaches itself to the uterine wall, but the embryo does not develop. Cells develop to form the pregnancy sac, but not the embryo itself. A blighted ovum usually occurs within the first trimester before a woman knows she is pregnant. A high level of chromosome abnormalities usually causes a woman’s body to naturally miscarry.

I googled a little bit of it here:

http://www.americanpregnancy.org/pregnancycomplications/b...

My sister had a blighted ovum the first time, and the second time her body thought she was pregnant, it turned out she had an ovarian cyst, which is a cyst in the ovary, more on it here:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ovarian_cyst

She eventually had 4 other healthy pregnancies, but those first two were h*** o* her.

If you still aren't sure, you need an ultrasound since you've already had bloodwork and it was negative.
You could also be having a phantom pregnancy, (officially called, Pseudocyesis) in which woman go through actual pregnancies, included stomach growth, milk production, morning sickness, fatigue, heartburn... but there is not fetus. Some of it is explained here:

Yes. Why aren't you going to a different doctor? They say you can have false pregnancies, but you say you have milk coming out?
I had my second child with only one tube and one ovary.
You are describing what happened to you on your first pregnancy. Go to a different doctor. There are other ailments that can describe a lot of this, (and I do not want to scare you so that is why I urge you to go elsewhere and fast). And by the way, this doctor should have told you to get other tests then. It really sounds like you are pregant, but I had uterine cancer and a little over a year ago (that was the part I didn't want to scare you with) and some of it was very similar. That doctor should be helping you hunt all over the place for other things I still think you could be pregnant though, so go girl, go!!! Get thyself to somewhere else.

If your pregnancy tests are negative and they are seldom wrong, then there is something else going on, perhaps a pituitary tumor that would cause milk production and other pregnancy related symptoms. All the other symptoms could be coincidental, the weight gain, feet/leg swelling due to weight gain, hard belly due to bloating from weight gain. The most alarming symptom is the milk production. Unless you have had an excessive amount of nipple stimulation recently to get this going or have been around a newborn rooting on you. Milk can and does come in sporadically on women. And then there is the psychological urge to be pregnant.

Did your Dr. refer you to any other kind of specialist? Does your MD want to wait and see if the above symptoms clear up? If so, how long is he medically comfortable waiting? Did he test other hormone levels, like thyroid?

It's possible you have the condition known as "false pregnancy" where the body THINKS it's pregnant and goes through all of the signs and syptoms without the one major factor needed--a baby. It could also be something such as a hormonal imbalance or a few other things. Demand an ultra sound. SOMETHING is going on with you and you NEED to find out what it is NOW. I'll be praying for you!

Ok so Momma L, made a comment about a blighted ovum. I had this very issue 5 years ok and I believe that could be your issue too. What happens is your placenta is developing but there is no baby growing inside of it. Your body is responding in all the ways of an actual pregnancy. You will need to see your doctor and they must identify that it is a blighted pregnancy. Your doctor will either suggest a D & C (like an abortion) or natural discharge of the placenta. The problem with natural is that it is sooooo painful, there are contractions and large clumps coming out of you so you should stay home if you choose natural. I hope this helps.

I've had urine test wrong, but never a blood test wrong. I think some of these answers were a bit harsh. I do agree with the one who said to get a physical. You could have some other underlying problem. However, no test is ever really 100% accurate. And you CAN get pregnant after 11 years. I had a friend who got pregnant when her oldest child was 15... and she had her tubes tied. I think you need to make an emergency check up with your doctor for a physical to rule out anything wrong.

I've never heard of a blood test being wrong. Make another appt and tell the doctor that something is going on. Maybe they can do an ultrasound.

Go get an ultrasound just to confirm either way. You can be pregnant even with a false negative. Blood tests and a vaginal exam can determine, but I would for sure get an ultrasound to rest your mind. Keep us posted either way!

Well normally I would say it was probably just a false negative BUT if you think you feel movement and have a hard belly you would have to be around 20 weeks give or take. So by then a home and a blood test would be positive. So I'm thinking hormonal imbalance or like Erica said false pregnancy. My friend actually had that. She got an ultra sound done and her body even made a placenta but there was just no baby. Like nothing at all. She had a D&C to remove the placenta and she hasn't had it happen again but talk about weird right? So go to your doc and get some test done to see what is going on.

A blood test and an ultrasound is what you need to get! Then you will know for sure. All of those symptoms together is a bit alarming if you aren't. Go see a different doctor! Someone who will listen to your concerns PLEASE!

Are you on any medications? If so like Paxil for example it will cause breast leakage it looks like a milky liquid or your pituatary gland I say this becasue they thought growing up I had a tumor so I did an MRI read the side effets on any & all medications bring them up with your doctor it could possibly be it.The movement do you have gas? I have gas everyone gets gas & it does feel like a baby is living in there had 3 I know what it feels like.As for the weight again medications will cause weight gain or jsut nnot being able to put the fork down so to speak (over eating). If they are all negative maybe your not but something else is going on keep checking in with your doctor sometimes it takes more than 1 visit to make them jump on what the underlying issue is

My best friend just recently found out she was 27 weeks pregnant...she had numerous negatives for months, and finally realized she was right all along when she saw her stomach jumping around. It is possible. Even the doctor couldn't explain why all of the previous tests hadn't been positive.
