My husband and I tried to conceive on 3/10 (Monday eve) and today I am feeling very nauseated(sp?)and I also have a headache.

Do you think I would feel pregnancy symptoms this soon?

I had a miscarriage on January 26th,2008... my ob doctor said have a normal period and we could start trying again.....my last period started on March 2nd....and it was a normal period.

Are you extra fertile after a miscarriage?

With my son we got pregnant the first time and this last time (miscarriage) it only took two months.

Thanks for your help :)

What can I do next?

My friend just had a miscarriage about a month or maybe even only 3 weeks ago, and just found out she's pregnant again, so it's possible!

Ovulation typically happens 12-14 days from the day your period starts. At that time it is more likely to become pregnant. Since your LMP (last months period) started March 2 then typically you'd ovulate between March 14-16. If you are wanting to become pregnant I'd try doing the baby dance (sex) a little more this month. Look for your period about March 30-April 1. If you don't see it, I'd test. Good luck!

Yes, you are extra fertile after a miscarriage. We got pregnant with our son the first possible opportunity after our miscarriage. On one hand, that was great because we really did want to be pregnant. On the other hand, it's really kind of scary because the last thing you want to do is go through that kind of experience again. I know I'm pretty late in to your question, so are you pregnant? If so, I just wanted you to know that others have been there.

I'm a natural family planning instructor, ovulation method with the Family of the Americas. So, if you're not pregnant this month, and you want to be, this method can really help you to identify your fertile time by easily observable symptoms (cervical fluid) each month. The method also doubles as a highly effective means of postponing or avoiding pregnancy also, if used in the reverse. :) Check out www.familyplanning.net. And if you're near Kettering, Ohio, I'd be happy to train you free of charge, through my office because I'm a huge believer in the method and want to share it with everyone!

Best wishes and God Bless!
